Paul A. Young is appearing in tonight’s Christmas special of BBC2’s The Sweet Makers, broadcast on BBC2 at 9pm. It’s all bonkers! Four modern day confectioners recreate the spectacular Victorian Christmas dish – a Boar’s Head Cake. For a preview of the programme click here.
