An Irish Gardener

Review - Eden's Keepers

AN Irish Gardener

Eden’s Keepers is the interesting and beautiful story of two people, Nancy Tennant and Humphrey Waterfield, and two gardens, Hill Pasture in Essex and Le Clos du Peyronnet in Menton, France. An interesting and touching story.

Review - The Gardens at Rousham

An Irish Gardener

The Gardens at Rousham deal with a single garden. The artist Francis Hamel has lived at Rousham for twenty five years and has painted views of the garden through the seasons over these years. His paintings are accommpanied by essays from some of England’s best gardener designers. It my opinion Rousham is a magical place; the greatest example of design genius in England and the book does justice to the gardens!
