Paul A. Young In The Sweet Makers Christmas Special On BBC2

Young is appearing in tonight’s Christmas special of BBC2’s The Sweet Makers, broadcast on BBC2 at 9pm.  It’s all bonkers!  Four modern day confectioners recreate the spectacular Victorian Christmas dish – a Boar’s Head Cake.  For a preview of the programme click here.  If you miss tonight the show will be repeated on Wed 20th December at 7pm, and again on Friday 22nd at 3.35pm.
